Two weeks ago I decided to invite others into my weight loss journey by blogging about it, and so, this is my journey. I have committed to spending 25 weeks of my life determining what it is that makes me fat. And changing those things.
To jump start my 25 week commitment, which began May 25th, I have been eating less (much less), going to a local boot camp to get my tush kicked, and refraining from alcohol. The latter is very difficult considering I live in a town with more microbreweries per capita than any other place. To keep my mind active during these few weeks, I plan to take on a new challenge each week by trying new recipes, finding new ways to challenge myself physically, and exploring darker sides of myself and why I overeat.
